inspiring change from within and by the people
What I Do
But Said Simply
I help leaders turn sustainability into something that feels possible. Not as a box to check, but as a bridge between business goals and what the world needs now.
Whether that means designing strategy, guiding certification, or advising on communications, my work always begins with people, systems, and stories that already exist inside your organization.
It’s about bringing those pieces into alignment, so sustainability becomes a source of clarity, trust, and momentum.

How I Work
I embed within your team — providing senior-level sustainability leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
• Building systems you can own and scale.
• Translating complexity into clear, practical action.
• Leaving behind structure, not dependency.
Fractional leadership is how I help organizations move from overwhelm to alignment — and from talking about change to living it.

Director, Operations Owner
I’m Chris Enlow, a sustainability and impact leader who believes the future belongs to those who connect the dots.
For over two decades, I’ve helped footwear, apparel, and outdoor brands design out waste and toxicity, build circular systems, and embed purpose into everyday operations.
My background spans corporate, nonprofit, and consulting worlds — connecting strategy, storytelling, and systems change. That perspective was first shaped in the Peace Corps and continues to guide how I approach leadership, collaboration, and impact today.
Over the years, I’ve held board roles with Forest Park Conservancy, Leave No Trace and The Conservation Alliance and now serves with Oregon Wild Oregon Wild and the Oregon Sustainability Board, staying active across FDRA, OIA, and the Fractional Sustainability Leadership Collective.
